Many variables contribute to differences in the value of homes across the country. You can use this tool to explore those variables within each county in the continental United States. Select two variables from the drop-downs to visualize them in both the scatterplot and bivariate choropleth.
Your own custom data may also be added by using the "Import Data" widget in the menu. Note that your imported data may only be displayed when viewing the fixed full county map.
Use the two drop-downs below the scatterplot to change the axis values displayed. You can select by state, county, or reset the map to the entire county extent. When selecting by state, simply click on the state of your choice. When selecting by county, hold shift while clicking and dragging with the mouse.
