Predict Potential 'High Risk' Areas For Lyme Disease

Over the last several years, Lyme Disease has become more of an issue for those who like to enjoy the outdoors. There seems to be a pattern of where cases are reported with respect to the deer population. There appears to a need to warn those who like to hike, bike, or otherwise enjoy the outdoors, where they will most likely encounter Lyme Disease.

I will be using data from a couple of sources. First, I am going to use Wisconsin Dept. of Natural Resources Data on Deer population estimates and possibly deer roadkill data. There has been some studies that have shown roadkill data has been highly correlated with Lyme Disease cases. The other source for my data is the Wisconsin Dept. of Health. I am getting the cases per county data for the last couple of years from them.

Using existing data of the locations of lyme disease cases for the state for the past couple of years and deer population estimates, for those years. Predict the where there might be expected outbreaks this year using the estimates for the deer population this year.
