Know Your Rights Informational Session
What are your constitutional rights as a researcher? Do we have the same constitutional rights in the workplace as elsewhere? What are your rights when interacting with the police? Are these rights the same as when interacting with agents of the FBI? These questions are the subject of a Know Your Rights informational session provided by members of the National Lawyers Guild. There also will be opportunity to ask questions. The session is a public event that focuses on the rights of researchers—as students, faculty, and staff, and as employees—studying and working in a public university setting.
The session will be held on Friday March 15 at 3:30 pm in Science Hall 175.
