Congratulations to Seth Spawn-Lee for defending his dissertation on Space and time solutions for natural climate solutions in agricultural landscapes. Seth works on finding agricultural solutions for sequestering carbon and removing it from the atmosphere.  He’s focused particularly on US policy and the lands set aside for the Conservation Reserve Program for enhancing carbon sequestration. As a PhD student he’s published over 22 papers, including papers in top tier journals like Science and Nature.
