Recently, Professor Song Gao was invited to join the Editorial Board of PLOS ONE, which is a peer-reviewed open access scientific journal published by the Public Library of Science (PLOS).
Academic Editors oversee the peer review process for the journal, including evaluating submissions, selecting reviewers and assessing their comments, and making editorial decisions.
